The last time I was hear was about 5 years ago, and we had a great time, down for London again catching up with friends we booked for 6 of us but 1st the table wasn't ready so we were shown the smallest bar which is right next to the door, and had to wait over 20 minutes whilst being squeezed by other people coming and just shown the bar not their tables, next was another long wait once we ordered for our food, and another for the next course which was usually small, and in some cases supplied with cold chips. Stop running your restaurant via a spreadsheet and get back to where you were 5 years ago!
