This is my favourite Chinese restaurant though it can be a little pricey.

The food is authentic Chinese, and absolutely delicious though the staff sometimes have a lot of trouble coping on busy nights such as Valentines when an ambitious 4 course meal was the only option unless you were a member of the large party celebrating a birthday.

We were there unusually for 3 hours on Valentine's day but it was quite entertaining!

If you believe the prices on the menu a portion of vegetables costs £7 which is the same as a complete vegetarian meal listed just above the veg, I don't know if that price is charged as it seems extortionate for what you get.

I love the steamed sea bass which comes out looking like a dragon, and I have also sampled chrysanthamum sea bass which is an amazing sight, fingers of fish protruding upwards coated in potato batter and the whole thing covered in a ruby coloured sauce - out of this world.

I didn't think much of the all you can eat buffet on Sundays which is a mixture of Chinese and English dishes and was slightly strange, but maybe we were late and there wasn't a lot left.

If you get there and order early, I think before 6:30, you get a free starter.
